摘 要: 通过对广州汽车集团整合战略行为的深入分析,结合国内汽车行业的大环境,归纳出实现公司整体上市、丰富产品种类、完善自身产业链、实现市场范围的扩展和发展壮大自主品牌的五种战略动因。 This paper deeply analyses the motivations of integration strategy of Guangzhou Automotive Group. Combining the environment of domestic auto industry, the research sums up five strategy reasons, including realizing the company' s listing as a whole, enriching product categories, improving the company' s industrial chain, expanding the scope of the market and building the company' s self- owned brand.
