摘 要: 介绍了一种时间常数高达31.83 s的全集成积分器。该积分器采用电流舵技术,具有调节范围广、线性失真小的优点。基于此积分器,本文设计出全集成0.005 Hz的高通滤波器,并通过SMIC 0.18μm工艺流片。测试结果表明,该高通滤波器的截止频率可以低至0.005 Hz,时间常数高达31.83 s,总谐波失真仅-80 dB,远低于其他类型的高通滤波器。 In this paper we present a novel integrator with time constants of 31.83 s.This integrator which employs the current steering technique,has the advantage of wide tunability and low distortion.Based on this integrator,a 0.005 Hz high-pass filter is designed and implemented in SMIC 0.18 μm CMOS process.Experimental result shows that this filter has the cutoff frequency of 0.005 Hz and can provide a time constants of 31.83 s.Moreover,the total harmonic distortion is tested to be-80 dB,which is lower than any other structures.
