摘　　要： 目的探讨氯胺酮与安定合用对小型猪实验研究的麻醉效果。方法对10头进行外科腹部手术实验的小型猪进行复合麻醉,先臀部深部肌肉注射安定(地西泮)0.5～0.8mg/kg,待5～10min后再臀部肌肉注射氯胺酮6～8mg/kg,观察麻醉显效时间、麻醉维持时间及镇痛效果,并监测麻醉过程中体温、呼吸、心率等生理指标及术中有无明显躁动、呕吐、肠管胀气、流涎等不良反应。结果小型猪成功麻醉10例,占100%。肌肉注射后(4.0±1.5)min进入麻醉状态,麻醉状态维持(88.5±13.5)min。麻醉期间手术肌肉松弛效果好,呼吸和心率平稳,无明显不良反应。结论采用氯胺酮与安定复合麻醉效果好,麻醉过程平稳,生命体征稳定,是较为简便、安全的小型猪麻醉方法,适合于耗时较长的手术或动物试验的开展。 Objective To probe into the anesthetic effect of ketamine in combination with diazepam in the experimental research on miniature pigs.Method Ten miniature pigs experimentized with abdominal surgery were anesthetized with combined anesthesia.Deep buttock intramuscular injection with 0.5~0.8 mg/kg diazepam was given first and then buttock intramuscular injection with 6~8 mg/kg ketamine was given 5~10 minutes later.The effectual time,effective time and analgesic effect of the anesthesia were observed;physiologic indexes such as temperature,breath and heart rate during anesthesia were monitored,and untoward effects such as evident dysphoria,vomit,flatulence and salivation during operation were observed.Results Ten miniature pigs were all successfully anesthetized with a percentage of 100%.Narcosis appeared（4.0±1.5） minutes after the intramuscular injection and lasted for（88.5±13.5） minutes.The muscle was well relaxed,and breath and heart rate were kept stable during anesthesia and there was no evident untoward effect.Conclusion Ketamine in combination with diazepam has good anesthetic effect,stationary anesthesia process and stable vital signs.It is a relatively simple and safe method to anesthetize the miniature pig and suitable to be used in time-consuming operations or animal experiments.
