摘　　要： 论文从企业横向供应链整合后的利润最大化入手,同时考虑供应商、核心企业和分销商三者的利润,研究了整合企业所处供应链与目标企业所处供应链的整合问题。基于学习曲线、数量折扣和规模效应对供应商、核心企业和分销商三者在供应链上各环节的物流成本、库存成本及生产成本产生的协同效应,建立了混合整数规划模型并给出其求解方法。最后通过算例,验证了供应链经过有效的整合,其整体利润得到明显提升并且核心企业的利润提升幅度最大。 Integration of the horizontal supply chain has become a new model for the rapid development of enterprises in the competitive business era. Taking the benefits of the whole supply chain into account, this paper studies the integration of the supply chains of merged enterprise and the core enterprise in the supply chain in the logistics cost, inventory cost and production cost synergies. Furthermore, an example is given to verify the model which is reasonable and efficient.
