摘 要: 作为国家实施现代远程教育工程的重要组成部分,远程教育公共服务体系获得了快速发展,其终端节点数字化学习中心及示范中心如雨后春笋般在全国各地不断建立。通过对我国具有代表性的各地示范学习中心进行系统梳理,概括出示范学习中心的共性特征,包括开放的学习理念、丰富的远程开放教育经验、良好的基础设施、有特色的教育项目、强有力的政府支持,总结出值得借鉴的基本经验,如终身学习的价值取向、服务于当地的目标定位、统一的社会品牌形象和服务、特色发展的战略选择、突出典型应用的建设标准和规范等。并针对示范学习中心运行过程中面临的认识、体制、机制、资源、培训效果等问题,提出了发展建议,以期为广州数字化学习示范中心建设提供借鉴。 As an important part of Modern Distance Education in China,the public service system of distance education has been developing rapidly,and its digital learning centers and demonstration centers in the terminal nodes are mushrooming across the country.This paper studies those representative Digital Learning Demonstration Centers,and reveals their common features,which include openness of learning concept,rich experience in Open and Distance Education,good infrastructure,individualized educational projects,government's strong support.The paper then summarizes some insights like lifelong-learning-orientedness,locality of services,unification of social brand images and service,characterized development strategies,and construction standards and norms highlighting typical application.In response to issues of awareness,system,mechanism,resources,training effectiveness and others,the paper concludes by putting forward some proposals for better developing the Digital Learning Demonstration Center mode and mechanism construction.
