毛蕊花苷和马蒂苷对递增大强度运动大鼠心肌和骨骼肌细胞线粒体过氧化损伤的保护作用

摘  要: 目的研究毛蕊花苷和马蒂苷对递增大强度运动大鼠心肌和骨骼肌细胞线粒体过氧化损伤的影响。方法将40只大鼠随机分成正常对照组、单纯运动组、运动+毛蕊花苷组和运动+马蒂苷组。观察毛蕊花苷和马蒂苷对运动大鼠心肌和骨骼肌线粒体SOD酶活性和MDA含量的影响。结果运动+毛蕊花苷组和运动+马蒂苷组大鼠心肌细胞线粒体SOD酶活性明显高于单纯运动组(P<0.01);而MDA含量明显低于单纯运动组(P<0.01)。运动+毛蕊花苷组大鼠心肌细胞线粒体MDA含量低于运动+马蒂苷组(P<0.01);而SOD酶活性与运动+马蒂苷组比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。单纯运动组大鼠骨骼肌细胞线粒体SOD酶活性低于运动+毛蕊花苷组(P<0.01);与运动+马蒂苷组比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05);而MDA含量明显高于运动+毛蕊花苷组和运动+马蒂苷组(P<0.01)。运动+毛蕊花苷组大鼠骨骼肌细胞线粒体SOD酶活性高于运动+马蒂苷组(P<0.05);而MDA含量明显低于运动+马蒂苷组(P<0.01)。结论毛蕊花苷和马蒂苷具有提高跑台运动大鼠心肌和骨骼肌细胞线粒体SOD酶活性,促进其自由基清除的作用。且毛蕊花苷的作用强于马蒂苷。 Objective:To study the effects of verbascoside and martynoside on protecting myocardium and skeletal muscle cell's mitochondria from the damage made by peroxidation in increasing trained rats.Methods:Forty rats were randomly divided into 4 groups as normal group,exercise group,exercise + verbascoside group and exercise + martynoside group with ten mice in each group to study the effects of verbascoside and martynoside on superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and malonyldialdehyde(MDA) levels of cardiac muscle and skeletal muscle mitochondria in over-trained rats.Results:The SOD activities of myocardial mitochondria in cardiac muscle in the exercise + verbascoside group and exercise + martynoside group were higher than those of the exercise group(P 0.01),while the levels of MDA were opposite.The levels of MDA of myocardial mitochondria in cardiac muscle in the exercise + verbascoside group were higher than these of the exercise + martynoside group(P 0.01),but there are no significant difference in the SOD activities of myocardial mitochondria in cardiac muscle between these two groups(P 0.05).The SOD activities of myocardial mitochondria in skeletal muscle in the exercise group were lower than these of the exercise + verbascoside group(P 0.01),but there are no significant difference in the SOD activities of myocardial mitochondria in skeletal muscle between the exercise group and exercise + martynoside group(P 0.05).The levels of MDA of myocardial mitochondria in skeletal muscle in the exercise group were significantly higher compared with the exercise + verbascoside group and exercise + martynoside group(P 0.01).The SOD activities of myocardial mitochondria in skeletal muscle in the exercise + verbascoside group were higher than these of the exercise + martynoside group(P 0.01),but the levels of MDA were opposite(P 0.05).Conclusion:Verbascoside and martynoside were found to have significant effects in increasing SOD activity,facilitating free
