摘　　要： 我国高等职业教育是国家和社会本位的价值取向,这与我国的计划经济体制相适应。随着改革开放的推进,市场经济中对人的"个性价值"和"社会资本"的需求增加,我国高职院校作为增加"社会资本"和广大基层高技能人才的社会机构,需要以信任为价值观基石。作为社会有机组织增加社会网络结构功能的高职院校,通过与主管部门的互信、与社会其他机构的互信和组织内部互信文化的建立,肩负起积累"社会资本"的中流砥柱作用。 The higher vocational education is the value orientation of the state and the society,which is compatible with China's planned economic system.With the promotion of reform and opening-up,the demand for 'the value of individuality' and 'social capital' is increased in the market economy.As the institution to increase 'social capital' and high-skilled talents,the higher vocational colleges should take 'trust' as the value cornerstone.As a social organism to increase the function of social network structure,the higher vocational colleges should play the mainstay role to accumulate 'social capital' through establishing the trust between the departments in charge,between other social institutions and between internal organizations.
