摘　　要： 将乳源瑶族自治县作为调查点和个案进行研究,究其原因在于乳源瑶族自治县是广东省三个民族自治县之一。近几年来,在"科教兴县"战略的实施过程中,该县教育事业发展取得了长足进步,在2008年已成为三个民族自治县中率先实现普高目标的地区,为促进县域经济发展提供了重要的智力支持和人才保障。深入探讨现阶段乳源瑶族自治县的教育事业发展是否与经济增长相适应,这对于研究教育发展与经济增长关系问题来说具有一定代表性。 This paper takes Ruyuan Yao autonomous county as the survey and case study object because this county is one of the three autonomous counties in Guangdong province.In recent years,in the process of implementing the strategy of 'thriving the county through science and education',Ruyuan county has made great strides.In 2008,this county has become the first of the three autonomous counties to achieve the target of popularizing secondary education,which provided important intellectual and personnel support for the local economic development.To explore deeply that whether the education development is compatible with economic growth is of great importance in researching into the relationship between education development and economic growth.
