摘 要: 以苯甲醛、对甲苯胺、亚磷酸为原料,采用类Mannich法合成了一种氨基磷酸类捕收剂N-(4-甲基苯基)-α-氨基苄基磷酸,研究了其对萤石单矿物和实际矿的浮选性能。结果显示,此捕收剂对萤石单矿物的最佳pH在10左右,当捕收剂的浓度达到6×10-5mol/L时,浮选回收率趋于稳定,高于91%。实际矿石浮选表明,N-(4-甲基苯基)-α-氨基苄基磷酸也表现出了很好的浮选性能,一次粗选的回收率达到97.66%,比传统浮选药剂油酸高1.38%。 The collector of a-amino phosphonic acid was synthesized by the Mannich reaction method using benzaldehyde,p-toluidine, phosphorous acid as raw materials and p-methylbenzene sulfonie acid as the catalyst. The flotation process of fluorite pure minerals and actual rock were studied. The resultsshowed that suitable pH = 10, when the collector concentration was more than 6 x 10^-5 mol/L, the flota- tion rate tended to be stable,exceeding 91%. In actual rock ,N-(4-methyl phenyl)-a-amino benzyl phosphinic acid showed good flotation performance, too. The recovery rate reached 97.66% by one roughing, which is 1.38% higher than the traditional flotation pharmacy oleic acid.
