摘　　要： 对大学新生进行团体辅导的干预研究,实验组和对照组在施测前适应性无显著差异。施测后,实验组接受团体辅导后适应性得分显著高于控制组。实验组的适应性得分在前后测上得分存在显著差异;控制组的适应性得分在前后测得分上不存在显著差异。团体辅导在大学新生入学教育中可起到良好的效果。 Intervention effect studies show that the test group of freshmen, after receiving group counseling, adapted notably better to university life than the control group, though the two groups had demonstrated no marked difference in their adaptability before the testing. The significant rise in the test group＇s adaptability indicates that group counseling can produce desirable result in freshmen＇s orientation.
