摘 要: 在高等教育大众化的时代背景下,高校青年教师的比例大大提高,为完成青年教师的角色转换与身份定位,借鉴与移植西方教学导师制,加强对我国高校青年教师队伍建设已成为保障高等教育质量的关键,也是贯彻落实《教育部关于全面提高高等教育质量的若干意见》文件精神的重要举措。清楚认识教学导师制的演绎历程与作用,积极探索教学导师制的实践路径与运行机制,对于加强对青年教师培养,促进其健康成长意义重大。 In the era of mass higher education, the proportion of youth teachers has improved in univer- sities. In order to complete the transplantation of youth teachers' role and position, we can refer to the western teaching mentor system. Tutorial system in higher education has become the keyway of strengthe- ning team construction and improving the higher education quality. Also, it is an important measure to implement Several Points on Improving the Overall Quality of Higher education by the ministry of educa- tion on. Understanding the development history and the effect of the tutorial system and exploring the practice route and operational mechanism of tutorial system have become a significant step in strengthe- ning the training and developing of young teachers.
