摘　　要： 高校毕业生跟踪调查工作是毕业生就业工作的重要组成部分,是检验人才培养质量的重要手段,是高校掌握毕业生就业状况,用人单位反馈人才意见和建议的重要途径。文章对构建高校毕业生跟踪调查工作长效机制提出"高校要高度重视、建立制度、责任到人;建立平台;利用主题活动;结合第三方专业机构开展工作"等建议,旨在使此工作能够健康、有序开展。 The follow-up investigation of college graduates is an integral part of the employment of college graduates.It is not only the important means of testing the quality of college talent training,but also the important way to better the process of employment of college graduates.To establish long-term mechanism of the follow-up investigation of college graduates,college should establish relevant rules,clearly divide the responsibility to the people,build the platform,make use of theme activities and combine with the special institution to start the work.
