摘　　要： 从光学相干层析成像(OCT)系统结构出发,介绍了OCT系统的成像原理,组建了OCT系统,实现生物组织表面的层析扫描成像,并对系统的性能和结果做了分析。 This paper discusses the system structure, image - forming principle of Optical Coherence Tomography （OCT） and OCT system building, realizing the tomographic imaging biologic tissue surface, and analyzing performance and result of the OCT system.
