摘 要: 双重周转轮系是一种较复杂的组合轮系,常用于隧道掘进机的传动。分析该轮系的运动特点是对其进行设计及应用的前提。基于SolidWorks平台,根据双重周转轮系运动简图,建立其虚拟样机模型,通过运动仿真来获得各轮的转速,结果与理论计算值完全一致。但比传统计算方法更简单直观,具有很强的通用性。 The double epicyclic gear trains are a more complex combination wheel system,which commonly used in the tunnel boring machine drive.The analysis of the movement characteristics of the gear train is the premise of its design and application.According to the motion diagram of the dual epicyclic,its virtual prototype model is established based on SolidWorks,and the speed of each wheel is obtained by motion simulation,the results are fully consistent with the calculated value.But it is simpler and intuitiver than the traditional method,and it has a strong versatility.
