摘 要: 对于虾产品出口贸易型企业,是否建立了可靠与精准的质量追溯体系己成为国际贸易间的技术壁垒。为了提高虾产品质量追溯体系的追溯精度,本文从原料批次混合问题着手,提出了一种降低原料批次混合程度问题的混合整数规划模型,利用多目标优化方法求解得最佳方案,并在某龙头水产加工企业验证,有效地缩小原料供应商的责任追踪范围。 It is crucial for a shrimp exporting enterprise to have a reliable and accurate quality tracing sys- tem. The key for such a system is the quality tracing accuracy. It is found that to improve the shrimp qual- ity tracing accuracy is to optimize the raw material batch mixing such that the mixing degree can be re- duced. This problem is formulated as a multi-objective mixed integer programming problem and an algo- rithm is proposed to solve it. The proposed method is tested by a case problem from a leading aquatic prod- uct processing enterprise. Result shows that it can effectively narrow the responsible tracing range of the raw material suppliers.
