摘　　要： 地方高校数学专业人才培养要体现地方特色，克服同质化，要以培养应用型人才为主，研究型人才为辅．“一体三翼”的人才培养模式以数学专业知识基础为主体，数学教育能力、计算机与数学建模整合能力和数学研究能力为职业发展方向，突出基础性、师范性、应用性、学术性的特色． Mathematics department in local university should embody local features, cultivate the application-oriented talents mainly, research-oriented talents subsidiary. The model of cultivation of ＂one body with three wings＂, based on mathematic professional knowledge, develop mathematics education capacity, the ability to integrate computer and mathematical modeling and mathematical research capabilities for career direction, highlighting the basic, educational, applied, and academic characteristics.
