摘 要: 劳动力密集型的生产系统中,工人分配对系统的效率起着举足轻重的作用。针对该问题,文章提出两阶段优化模型。第一阶段,根据产品在各道工序的标准加工时间计算出每道工序分配的工人数量,该阶段不考虑工人之间的差异。第二阶段考虑工人之间的差异,根据工人在各道工序上效率的差异,在第一阶段工人分配数量的限制下,分配工人到具体工序上,采用0-1规划的优化方法,目标是平衡生产线和提高瓶颈工序的效率,得出较优的结果。 Worker-operation assignment plays an important role in the efficiency of labor-intensive pro- duction system. Aiming at this issue, this paper proposes two stages optimization model. In the first stage, according to the needed processing time in every operation, the number of workers can be calculated to assignment for every operation. This stage does not consider the different efficiencies among workers. In the second stage, considering the workers' different efficiencies in the different operations, according to calculated the number of workers in every operation in the first stage, adopting the 0-1 programming optimization method, workers are assigned to the specific operation, aiming to balance the production line and to improve the efficiency of the bottleneck operation. The results are the better.
