摘 要: 通过对复杂薄壁零件硅胶模的制作工艺流程和技术特点进行分析,论述了如何选择合理的方法快速制作出复杂零件的原型件,介绍了对原型件进行后处理并以原型件为母模制造出硅橡胶模具的关键技术。通过对复杂零件的硅胶模具快速制作的研究与实践,可以更好地理解和掌握快速模具制造技术,快速地制作出符合要求的复杂零件的硅胶模具。在工业生产中,由于生产成本低,开发周期短,快速模具技术获得了广泛的应用。 Through the analysis of manufacturing process and technical features of silicone mold of complex thin-walled parts, how to choose a reasonable way to quickly create prototypes of complex parts was described, and key technologies of the post-processing prototypes and prototype parts for the mother mold to create a silicone mold were introduced. Research and practice through the rapid production of silicone mold for complex parts, we can better understand and master rapid tooling technology to quickly produce a silicone mold for complex parts to meet the requirements. Rapid tooling has been widely used in industrial production because of its low production cost and short development period.
