摘　　要： 本研究从国外学者研究的视角,综述了网络嵌入的类型以及各类型对创新的正负面影响。知识活动、创新本身的特性和社会网络资本是研究企业创新与网络嵌入的重要变量,并探讨了这些对创新结果的不同影响。本文最后指出当前网络嵌入与创新研究存在研究范围狭窄以及动态研究方面还有待丰富与改进。 This paper reviews the overseas literatu re on different types of embeddedness and its effects on innovation.The authors identify that knowledge activities,innovation itself and social capital are three important variables in studying the relationship between network embeddedness and innovation.Each of the three variables has different significances on innovation outcomes.In the final part of the paper,the authors point out the future research in this area can focus on enriching the research topics and the dynamic development of embeddedenss and innovation.
