摘 要: 目的提出了一种利用高效液相色谱检测人体尿样中雌马酚的方法。方法色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2-C18(250×4.6mm,5 m),流动相为V(乙腈):V(甲醇):V(水)=20:30:50,流速为1 ml/min,柱温为25℃,双波长检测器检测波长为205nm,可以较好地分离和测定样品中的雌马酚。结果该方法的线性范围为0.1~25 g/ml;检出限为0.1 g/ml,相对标准偏差0.8%;回收率99.72%,相对偏差RSD为0.13%,线性相关系数r>0.9990。结论该方法具有较高的准确度和精确度,方法简便,可应用于尿样中雌马酚的检测。 Objective A method for determination of equol in human urine samples by high performance liquid chromatography was developed.Method Column of Hypersil ODS2-C18(250×4.6mm,5μm) was used with mobile phase V(acetonitrile): V(methanol): V(water) =20:30:50,flow rate of 1 ml/min,column temperature 25℃,detection wavelength by dual absorbance detector at 205nm.Results The linear range was 0.1~25μg/ml,the limit of detection 0.1g/ml,the relative standard deviation(RSD) 0.8%.The recovery was 99.72%,and the RSD was 0.13%.The correlation coefficient for the linear equations was 0.9990.Couclusion The method was simple,rapid and accurate.It has been applied to determine equol in urine.
