摘 要: 西方发达国家的跨国公司在进入与其文化制度差异极大的发展中国家市场的过程中一个重要的决定性因素是获取必要的组织合法性资源,并且不同的进入模式能够获取到的组织合法性类型和总量各不相同。以构建一个跨国公司进入模式选择与组织合法性获取之间关系的理论框架为基础,分析改革开放以来跨国公司在华市场进入模式历经了"由出口进入,到合同进入,再到投资进入"的演变路径,并为中国企业成功实施"走出去"战略提供了获得组织合法性路径的新思路。 This paper argues that a significant determining factor in the process for multinational companies from developed Western countries to enter the markets of developing countries which differ greatly from its cultural and institutional system is to obtain the necessary organizational legitimacy resources,and different entry modes have access to the various type and total volume of organizational legitimacy.To this end,this paper constructs a theoretical framework of the relationship between multinationals' entry mode choices and organizational legitimacy acquisition and analyses the multinationals' entry mode evolution path of China as a typical case of Chinese international companies since reform and opening up.
