摘 要: 目的:分析ELISA方法和IHA方法检测弓形虫病的可靠性。方法:本文应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和间接血凝试验(IHA)两种方法,平行检测来自龙岩市某个猪场的32份猪血清中的抗弓形虫特异性抗体。结果:ELISA和IHA对猪弓形虫抗体阳性检出率分别为62.5%(20/32)、53.13%(17/32),这两种方法的阳性检出符合率较高,为71.88%(23/32)。其中,ELISA方法的敏感性(93.33%)、检测效率(81.25%)以及Youden指数(63.92%)都在IHA方法之上,但ELISA方法的特异性(12/17,70.59%)略低于I-HA方法(13/17,76.47%)。结论:ELISA和IHA两种方法均可用于猪弓形虫病的诊断和血清学调查,但ELISA方法更适用于猪弓形虫病的血清学调查。 Objective: This paper was to analyze the efficiency of ELISA and IHA method for detecting T. gondii antibody. Methods: The 32 Sera were collected and tested the antibodies against T. gondii using ELISA and IHA. Results: The results showed that the seropositive rate was 62.5% (20/32)by ELISA, and the rate was 53.13% (17/32) by IHA. The positive coincidence rate was 71.$8% (23/32)for both methods. ELISA method's sensitivity (93.33%), the detection efficiency (81.25%) and Youden index (63.92%) were better than IHA method, but the specificity (12/17,70.59%) by ELISA was slightly lower than the specificity( 13/17,76.47% ) by IHA. Conclusion: Both methods of ELISA and IHA could be applied to serodiagnosis and seroprevalence for porcine Toxoplasmosis, but ELISA may fit for seroprevalence of swine Toxoplasmosis.
