摘　　要： 精品视频公开课作为"十二五"高校本科质量工程的重要内容已率先启动,对提升高等教育质量、促进社会教育发展有重要意义。文章梳理了国内外视频课程建设现状,分析了首批入选国家精品视频公开课的选题特征,比较了教育电视、精品课程视频和视频公开课之间在制作运营模式、课程内容、传播渠道等方面存在的差异,据此提出了相应的建设推广策略。 The quality video open course as a ＂ 12th Five-Year Plan ＂＂Undergraduate Quality Project＂ has been an important part of the first to start, to enhance the quality of higher education, to promote the development of social education is important.
