摘　　要： 从淮阴工学院实际出发,整合资源,建设多学科综合工程实训基地,以培养学生工程实践能力、创新意识和创新精神为主线,构建基本技能训练、专业技能训练、拓展及创新训练三个层次,模块化、开放式工程训练体系,完善基地管理体制,通过系列措施加强实践教学师资队伍建设。 From practice of the Huaiyin Institute of Technology,the integration of resources,the construction of multi-discipline engineering practice base,to develop students＇ project practice ability,and innovative consciousness and innovative spirit as the main line,constructing basic skill training,professional skill training,development and innovation training three levels,modular,open engineering training system,improve base management system,through a series of measures to strengthen the practice teaching teachers team construction.
