摘　　要： 面临信息科技、低碳、经济发展、环境可持续性问题,提出了信息科技对低碳的双重性影响,并分析信息科技的碳足迹问题以及对低碳的促进作用。在此基础上,提出云计算、物联网、移动互联作为信息科技低碳化的重要途径。 Faced with Information and Communication Technologies （ICT）, low carbon, economic development and envi- ronmental sustainability, the paper puts forward that the ICT has the dual effects on low - carbon. We not only analyze the carbon footprint of ICT, but also the ICT＇ s roles of reducing low - carbon. This paper concludes that cloud computing, content online, mobile Internet information technology would be the important ways to realize the comprehensive develop- ment of ICT, low - carbon, economic development, and environmental sustainability simuhaneously.
