摘　　要： 本文基于Malmquist指数和β收敛分析,实证测算了2003—2010年陕西省32个产粮大县粮食全要素生产率变化及其收敛性。主要结论是:陕西省产粮大县粮食增产源于要素投入和全要素生产率的双重驱动,全要素生产率增长年度波动较大。在粮食全要素生产率的变化中,技术效应改善所贡献的"水平效应"大于技术进步所带来的"增长效应"。粮食全要素生产率发达县与落后县的差距在进一步拉大。 This paper measures grain total factor productivity （TFP） and Beta convergence for 32 Shaanxi counties from 1965 to 1996. TFP is measured by calculating the Malmquist index. Grain production increases due to factor inputs and total factor productivity en- hances, the fluctuations of annual total factor productivity growth are large. Within the total factor productivity growth, the effect of technical efficiency is greater than technological progress. The less productive counties are falling further behind, rather than catching up.
