摘　　要： 阐述毛针织服饰品的设计方法与生产工艺,分析了帽子、围巾、披肩及手套的款式造型、风格特征及组织结构设计,详细介绍了帽子、围巾、披肩及手套的编程方法、上机织造及后整理工艺,并制作出贝雷帽、提花空气层围巾、披肩、提花五指手套的编程工艺。结果表明:毛针织服饰品的设计除了款式造型及色彩的设计外,组织结构的设计也非常重要,不同的组织结构可以赋予针织服饰品不同的花色效应,从而丰富了毛针织服饰品的外观效应。随着电脑横机编织技术的日益提高,毛针织服饰品的设计与生产有着较大的发展空间。 This article described the des accessories, such as hat, scarf, shawls and method and process of several wool knitted fashion oves, which were produced on the computerized fiat knitting machine. Style and form of these accessories were analyzed. Programming, knitting and finishing technologies of these accessories were also described. Programming process of each accessory was given. The results showed that, the design of knitting structures for wool knitted fashion accessories were important as well as the designs of style and color. Different knitting structures gave the knitting accessories different effects of structure and color, so as to enrich their effect of appearance. With the increasing popularity of computerized fiat knitting machine, space of design and production for the wool knitted fashion accessories was also growing.
