摘　　要： 专业实践教学是培养适应社会需要的应用型人才不可缺少的环节。在结合社会需求、专业特点、办学理念的基础上,提出了包括实践教学的课程、目标、内容、管理、评价体系的应用型食品科学与工程专业实践教学模式,并论述了实践教学体系的内容,取得良好的教学效果。 The specialty practice teaching is the indispensable link to train the applied talents suiting for the social needs.Based on the social needs,specialty characteristics and school-running idea,the applied food science and engineering specialty practice teaching modes including the teaching courses,objectives,content,management,and evaluation of the practice teaching system are presented and their contents are discussed.The good teaching results are achieved.
