摘 要: 采用超声波膜生物反应器工艺对索尼精密部件(惠州)有限公司的电子工业废水处理系统(规模为300 m3/d)进行改造。稳定运行后,处理出水的各项水质指标均可达到广东省《水污染物排放限值》(DB 44/26—2001)的要求。超声波清洗结合水力反冲洗可以很好地恢复膜的过滤性能;MBR池的污泥产率约为0.13 gMLSS/gCOD,剩余污泥量大幅减少。经济指标分析表明,该工艺运行费用较低,可行性良好。 Ultrasound-MBR process was used to reconstruct the electronic industry wastewater treatment system of 300 m3/d in Sony Precision Devices (Huizhou) Co. Ltd. The results revealed that the effluent quality met the Discharge Limits of Water Pollutants (DB 44/26 -2001 ) of Guangdong Prov- ince. The combination of ultrasonic cleaning and hydraulic backwashing could effectively recover the membrane filterability. The sludge yield of the MBR was about 0. 13 gMLSS/gCOD, and the excess sludge production was reduced significantly. The economic index analysis showed that the process had low operation cost. yield
