摘　　要： 南宋祠官寄居书院讲学或兼任书院山长,是宋代士大夫文化值得关注的现象。祠官寄居书院讲学兼任书院山长,透露出书院私学精神与官学制度的结合与矛盾,也反映了南宋士大夫在政治之外对经世之志和生命意义的另一种实践与诠释。 The sacrifice officers in Southern Song Dynasty usually gave lectures in ancient academy or served as deans, which was really a phenomenon being worth our attention when studying the culture in Song Dynasty. Sacrifice officers gave lectures in ancient academy or served as deans, which revealed the union and contradiction between the private spirit of the college and the official institution, and at the same time, which reflected another practice and annotation of the scholar- bu reaucrats＇ statecraft ambition besides politics and the life significance.
