摘 要: 利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳测定新疆棉花枯萎病菌的酯酶同工酶 ,结果表明 ,供试的 30个代表性菌株的酯酶同工酶有 4种类型的主酶带 ,类型 1有E2 1、E2 0 、E19、E6、E55条主酶带 ,包括 2 5个供试菌株 ;类型 2有E2 1、E2 0 、E19、E54条主酶带 ,包括 1个供试菌株 ;类型 3有E2 2 、E2 12条主酶带 ,包括 3个供试菌株 ;类型 4有E2 11条主酶带 ,包括 1个供试菌株。对照 3个标准菌株的酯酶同工酶及 1 997年新疆棉花枯萎病菌生理小种鉴定结果 ,可以看出 :新疆棉花枯萎病菌生理小种与酯酶同工酶有显著相关性。用生化的方法再次鉴定新疆棉花枯萎病菌 ,其结果为以 The esterase iso enzyme of cotton wilt fusarium from main cotton production region in Xinjiang was studied with polyarcylamide gel electrophoresis.The results of experiments shows that main isozyme bands of esterase iso emzyme of the stains of cotton wilt fusarium could be differentiated into 4 types according to the main isozyme bands resulted during the electrophoresis.Type 1 has five main isozyme bands E\-\{21\}\,E\-\{20\}\,E\-\{19\}\,E\-6 and E\-5 including 25 strains,type 2 has four main isozyme bands E\-\{21\}\,E\-\{20\}\,E\-\{19\} and E\-5 including 1 strain,type 3 has two main isozyme bands E\-\{22\} and E\-\{21\} including 3 strains,type 4 has one main isozyme bands E\-\{21\} including l strains.By analyzing the bands of esterase isozyme of 3 standard stains and the identificative result of the physiological race of cotton wilt fusarium in Xinjiang 1997.The result shows that the type of physiological race of cotton wilt fusarium is related to the main esterase isozymes,and race 7 is the major physiological race among cotton wilt fusarium,which is consistent with the previous result.\;
