摘　　要： 论述了网络学校的三个基本特征 :自主学习、协同学习和开放教育 ,阐述了自主学习和协同学习的特征表现以及网络学校的开放式教育环境 ,提出了建立在三个基本特征之上的网络学校的四层构架模型 :基础层、活动层。 In this paper the three basic properties of network school were discussed and analyzed in details. They were: independent learning, cooperative learning, and open education. And the description of the open environment for the development of network school was followed. Finally, a four tier model for the construction of network school was proposed. It is composed of, according to the authors argue, the basic layer of educational mode and environment establishment, the active layer of educational mode, managing system and supervising system, each being based sequentially on knowledge cell, independent learner, quality education and quality evaluation.
