摘　　要： 本文介绍了应用Excel的数据处理功能,从人才培养工作状态数据采集平台中提取数据,制作专业课授课情况一览表的方法;应用Excel的数组函数,对一览表中的数据进行自动统计计算;并对高职专业开设课程的门数、课时数等结构数据的合理值范围进行了探讨。 This paper introduces the application of the data processing function of Excel. The data is extracted from talents cultivation state data acquisition platform, and is made to the specialized course teaching situation table. The Excel array function is used to automatically compute the dada in table. At last, it discusses the reasonable value range of structure data, such as the number and hour of set discipline.
