摘　　要： 本文基于以喉头发音状态(发声)和声道发音状态(调音)为主的语音体系,讨论国际音标与这个体系的对应,并谈及对语音的理解和一些音标的名称。 Based on the sound system involving the articulatory gestures of larynxes （phonation） and those of vocal tracts （articulation）, this paper explores the correspondence of the IPA with this sound system, as well as the understanding of speech sounds and the naming of some IPA symbols.
