摘　　要： 运用人体解剖学和运动生物力学理论,对篮球运动远距离单手肩上投篮的动作过程和技术原理进行了分析,阐明了远距离单手肩上投篮动作的力学机制和技术规格.提出了与经典理论相左的观点,即投篮时"瞄篮点"为篮筐后沿最远一点;投篮动作允许肘关节一定程度的"外展". The paper, based on the theories of anthroponomy and sports biomechanics, analyses the ac- tion process and technical principles of distant basket shot with single hand over the shoulder and clarifies the mechanic principles and action specifications of it. Contrary to the conventional idea, it is pointed out that ＂basket aiming point＂ should be the farthest point of the basket rim edge; the shooting action allows the ＂out- reach＂ of the elbow to a certain extent.
