摘 要: 观察了 1 1名青少年男子篮球运动员在大负荷训练前后血红蛋白 (Hb)、红细胞数 (RBC)、白细胞(WBC)、血尿素氮 (BUN)、血乳酸 (BLa)、血清激素睾酮(T)、皮质醇 (C)、血清酶CK和LDH的活性的变化 ,结果发现 :1 )BLa可做为运动强度的监测指标 ,但其个体差异较大。 2 )青少年男子篮球运动员T值个体差异比较大 ,并且在一次大强度训练之后变化不明显。 3 )C和BUN在大强度训练前后的变化对身体疲劳监测有意义。 4 )大强度训练之后血清CK活性有显著性变化。CK变化相对比较敏感 ,建议可在运动训练实践中选择应用。 The changes of Hb,BUN,BLa,T,C,the serum activity of CK&LDH were investigated before and after high load training in 11 juvenile male basketball players.It indicated that:1)BLa could be an index as training intensity,while BLa of individual was different significantly.2)T level of juvenile male basketball players were different dramatically.The changes of T were unevident after a short time high-load training.3)C and BUN were effective in evaluating the fatigue induced by exercise.4)The serum enzyme CK activity increased considerably after high-load training,CK was more senstive than LDH and could be applied in the training practice.
