摘 要: 将Zr-4合金经过800℃/20 h热处理,用高压釜在500℃、10.3 MPa过热蒸汽中进行腐蚀实验,并采用电子背散射衍射分析(EBSD)技术研究Zr-4合金疖状腐蚀与合金基体表面晶粒取向的关系。结果表明:Zr-4合金经腐蚀后,以(-1 8 7 12)晶面为中心,面夹角在10°范围内的合金基体晶面上生长的氧化膜会发生疖状腐蚀,而在以(0001)晶面为中心,面夹角在17°范围内的晶面上生长的氧化膜不会发生疖状腐蚀。 The relationship between nodular corrosion and grain orientation of Zircaloy-4 alloy corroded at 500 ℃ and 10.3 MPa in superheated steam were investigated with EBSD after heat treatment at 800 ℃/20 h. The oxide film formed on some special planes of Zircaloy-4 after corrosion test developed into nodular corrosion, the special planes were distributed within 10° around(-1 8 7 12) plane, while the oxide film formed on the other special plans which distributed within 17° around the (0001) plane did not evolve into nodular corrosion.
