摘 要: 分析了广东南雄产区浓香型烟叶外观、化学成分、吃味特征的变化,探讨了烟叶风格特色弱化的影响因素,并提出了彰显浓香型烟叶密集烘烤关键技术的研究方向,即确定烟叶适宜采收标准、筛选关键烘烤参数,集成彰显烟叶特色风格的密集烘烤工艺技术体系。 This paper analyzed the appearance, chemical composition, smoking and flavor characteristic changes of aroma - type tobacco leaves in Nanxiong of Guangdong province, explored the factors affecting the weakening of tobacco leaf unique style in this area, and pointed out the research direction of bulking curing key technology of aroma - type tobacco leaves, namely making sure the proper harvesting standard of tobacco leaves, screening the key parameters of baking, and integrating bulking curing technologies into the whole system.
