摘 要: 一流企业需要一流人才,一流人才造就一流企业,学徒制是传承企业文化、提高企业员工技术技能的有效形式。推行现代学徒制必须创新职业教育的体制。借鉴国际"学徒制"经验教训,探索国内学徒制途径,开辟一条全新的职教蹊径,培养企业需要的高端技能型专门人才。推动政府主导、行业参与、职校与企业为主体的中国特色的现代学徒制是职业教育发展的新机遇。 First class enterprises need top talents,and meanwhile excellent talents develop enterprise to the first level.Apprenticeship is an effective means to inherit enterprises culture and improve staff skills.In order to carry out modern apprenticeship,it is necessary to renew vocational education structure.Studying international experience,thinking about dilemma cases inland,searching for useable ways for vocational education,and training suitable talents for enterprises.In short,introducing modern apprenticeship is a new challenge as well as a new opportunity for vocational education through incorporating the national conditions,enterprises' participation and the government's support.
