摘　　要： 世界上不同民族、不同地域、不同阶层的文化都在"全球化"语境中有意伸张自己的价值观和文化理念,"全球化"进程中的"本土化"反映了文化演变的内在要求。地方艺术通常是发生在一个较大的区域范围之内的具有政治的、经济的和文化意义的艺术形态;本土艺术通常是发生在一个较小的区域范围之内的以人类的本真情感为表现对象的艺术形态。在全球化时代,本土艺术发挥了重要的作用,本土艺术的当代功能作用表现为:1.文化磨合作用;2.文化矫正作用;3.文化创新作用;4.文化产业增值作用。 Cultures of different ethnic groups, different regions, and different classes are all inclined to promote their values and cultural ideology in the context of globalization. Localization in the course of globalization is the inherent requirement of cultural evolution. Local art is an artistic form with political, economical, and cultural significance appearing in a bigger area, while native art is an artistic form which appears in a smaller area and takes human＇s true feelings as its object. In the era of globalization, native art plays an important role in four aspects： cultural adjustment, cultural rectification, cultural innovation, and growth of value in cultural industries.
