摘 要: 研究了光合细菌红假单胞菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的混合菌液对皱纹盘鲍生长指标和免疫指标的影响。A组为常规的工业流水生产组;B组不加混合菌液,10 d换一次水;C组添加菌液(102-108CFU/mL),10 d换一次水。结果表明,混合菌液浓度为108CFU/mL时对皱纹盘鲍各项生长指标和免疫指标的影响最大,C组与B组相比,成活率、壳长、壳长日增长量和体重最大分别提高了27.5%、1.46 mm、25μm、14.06 mg,免疫力也有明显提高。B组与A组相比,成活率降低了8.75%,壳长、壳长日增长量及体重也分别降低了0.22 mm、5.5μm、1.86 mg,免疫力也有所降低。C组与A组相比,免疫力得到改善,各项生长指标有所提高。 This paper studied the effect of mixed bacteria of Rhodopseudomonas sp.and Bacillus subtilis on growth and immune of abalone(Haliotis discus hannai).Group A was supplied with running sea water,group B's rearing water was changed every 10 days and was not added mixed bacteria,group C's rearing water was changed every 10 days too and was added mixed bacteria(the concentration of mixed bacteria was 102,104,106 or 108 CFU/mL).The results showed that when the concentration of mixed bacteria was 108 CFU/mL,it had the greatest impact on the growth and immune of abalone.Compared with group B,the survival rate,shell length,shell length growth rate and weight of abalone in group C were increased by 27.5%,1.46 mm,25 μm,14.06 mg respectively,and the immune system of the abalone also improved significantly.Compared with group A,the survival rate of group B decreased by 8.75%,the shell length,shell length growth rate and body weight of abalone decreased by 0.22 mm,5.5 μm,1.86 mg respectively,and immunity had also been lower.Compared with group A,the immune system and growth of abalone in group C improved.
