摘　　要： 采用清远笔架茶[Camellia sinensis(L.)O.Kuntze]的嫩叶作为外植体,探索不同外源激素种类及浓度对清远笔架茶愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明,在培养基1/2MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L中诱导效果最好,诱导率为86.7%,且愈伤组织生长健壮。 Using the tender leaf of Qingyuanbijia tea [Camellia sinensis （L）O. Kuntze] as explants, the effects of type and concentration of exogenous hormone on callus induction was studied. The results showed that 1/2MS＋6-BA 2.0mg/L＋NAA 1.0mg/L had the best callus induction efficiency with an induction rate of 86.7%, and the callus growed vigorously.
