摘 要: 对提取工艺主要参数进行三因素五水平试验设计,采用响应面试验优化超声波辅助提取木棉花花青素的提取条件。结果表明,超声波辅助提取的最佳工艺条件为提取时间50 min,料液比1∶40(m/V,g:mL),超声波功率210 W。 Anthocyanins were extracted from Bombax malabaricum DC. by uhrawave assisted method. Three-factor five-level response surface methodology was adopted to optimize the extracting conditions. The results showed that the optimized extract-ing conditions were, ultrasonic treatment time, 50min; solid to liquid ratio 1:40(m/V,g:mL); ultrasonic power, 210W.
