摘 要: 选用车型为棚车,采用SIMPLEC算法和QUICK精度格式的数值计算方法对强侧风下不同挡风墙类型、不同路堤和挡风墙高度组合棚车的气动性能进行研究。研究结果表明:在防风效果上,土堤式挡风墙最差,加筋对拉式挡风墙相对最优;挡风墙类型为加筋对拉式,当路堤高度一定时,随着挡风墙高度的增加,棚车的倾覆方向由顺风倾覆向逆风倾覆转变;棚车在一线时,倾覆力矩转变点挡风墙的高度比在二线时高;随着路堤高度的增加,棚车倾覆力矩转变点挡风墙的高度逐渐减小,但减小的幅值变小。研究结论为既有线挡风墙优化建造提供理论依据。 Based on the box car, a simulation method with SIMPLEC arithmetic and QUICK precision format was used in the research of the aerodynamic forces acting on a box car running on the railway along with the different wind - break wall under strong cross - wind. The results show that in the wind - break effect, the embankment wind - break wall is the worst of all, the tendon wind - break wall is the best of all ; when the height of the em- bankment is constant for the tendon wind - break wall, with the increas of the height of the wind - break wall, the overturning moment of the box car will change from down the wind to headwind; when the overturning mo- ment is 0, the relevant height of the wind - break wall on the first railway is higher than that on the second ; when the height of the embankment increases, the relevant height is decrease, but the extent becomes small. The conclusions provide a reliable theoretical basis for optimization and construction of the wind - break wall on the existing railway from Lanchow to Urumqi.
