摘 要: 本文根据会计电算化专业人才培养目标、结合社会需要和学生自身职业规划,构建"阶梯式、分方向"的人才培养模式。将人才培养过程分解为三个阶段,提出三个阶段因材施教分方向培养。 The talents cultivation mode of 'Ladder-Type and Career-Classification Teaching' is constructed according to the higher technical talents training objective , integrating the social needs and student’s career planning . It mainly features in dividing the talents cultivation mode of Accounting Computerization Major into three ladders teaching period , each ladder teaching period with progressive and accelerating features. The third ladder teaching period focus on teaching students according to their career classification
