摘 要: 基于人的机会主义倾向,运用供求理论、有效制度理论对职业足球联赛中的"黑哨"现象进行分析。研究认为:俱乐部的需求和裁判员的供给使"黑哨"成为可能;"黑哨"的产生是制度发生作用的结果,制度结构及制度体系的不健全,导致理性经济人的机会主义行为,即"黑哨"有利可图;从根本上解决"黑哨"问题,关键在于健全的制度结构和有效的实施机制。 Based on the tendency of opportunism of human being, this article, applying the east of supply and demand theory, transaction cost theory and effective system theory, analyses the "Black Whistle" in the professional football league. It suggested that the demand of clubs and the supplement of referee made the "Black whistle" possible; "Black Whistle" came from the effect of system; the imperfect system and its struc- ture leads to the opportunism of rational economic man, which made "Black Whistle" profitable; the key to fundamentally solve the *'Black Whistle" problem is to establish and implement the sound and effective struc- ture and system.
