摘　　要： 通过文献资料、访谈等方法并结合广州亚残会整体现状,剖析当前中国残疾人体育所面临的矛盾与问题,并提出以下解决策略:健全与完善政策法规;解决公共服务不足的问题;建全残疾人服务体系;残疾人群众体育与竞技体育协调发展。从而为中国残疾人体育事业的发展提供一些理论参考。 Through literature, interviews and other methods combined with the overall status of the Guangzhou Asian Disabled Games, this paper analysed the current contradictions and problems of China＇s dis- abled sports, and proposed the following solution strategies： a sound and perfect policies and regulations; to solve the problem of inadequate public services; to build the whole disabilities service system; disabled mass sports and competitive sports development. So as to China＇ s disabled sports development to provide some theo- retical reference.
