摘 要: 给出了一种无线动态汽车称重系统的设计方法,设计了以ARM为主控芯片,基于ARM的称重平台和数据处理仪表。重点介绍了信号调理模块、LCD模块和声音提示模块、无线收发器电路模块、CAN总线通信模块的设计。实验结果表明,本系统具有应用价值高、测量精度高、可靠性高、传输距离远等优点。 A sort of design technique for wireless dynamic automobile weighing system was proposed. Which regarded ARM as the master control chip. A weighing platform and data disposal instrument based on ARM were devised. This paper mainly introduced the design of the signal adjustment module, LCD display, voice cue module, wireless transceiver module and CAN bus correspondence module. Experiments showed that this system had advantages of high application value, high measure precision, high reliability and far transmission.
