风机盘管变工况供冷量灰色预估模型

摘  要: 风机盘管(FCU)变工况供冷性能数据是空调工程设计中FCU选型的重要依据,针对在FCU供冷性能测试过程中变工况实验次数非常多,非常费时和能耗大的问题,研究了运用灰色系统建模理论建立FCU供冷量与工况条件参数的G(1,N)灰色模型,并论述了利用该建模方法预测FCU变工况时供冷量估计值的方法过程.研究结果表明建模拟合精度和预测估计精度都较高,为FCU企业和测试部门在做变工况特性实验时,利用少数几个工况的实验数据和以往同规格品种FCU更多工况的历史数据估计本批次FCU变工况特性提供了有效的方法,从而可以大幅度减少实验次数,提高实验测试的工作效率,节省测试的能源消耗. Fan coil (FCU) variable condition cooling performance data played an important role in selecting FCU in air eonditioning engineering design. At present, a lot of experiments with variable conditions have to be done in the process of testing the cooling performance of FCU, which is both time - and energy - consuming. A new way was proposed to solve parameters, namely the cooling this problem. The GM ( 1, quantity of FCU and the w N) grey model was try to established with two orking condition using the theory of grey system modeling. The process was elaborated through which this model forecasts the cooling quantity when working condition of FCU varies. The study results show that the simulation and estimation of this model are very precise. Consequently, FCU companies and testing departments are able to estimate the working condition characteristics of this batch of FCU experiments using much fewer experimental data and ever more varieties with the historical data of working conditions. This new way greatly reduce experiments needed, improve the testing work efficiency, and save the energy consumption.
