摘 要: 《前厅服务与管理》课程是酒店管理专业学生必修的一门专业核心课程,对于培养学生酒店服务技能和基层管理能力起着重要的作用。通过分析《前厅服务与管理》课程教学的现状,提出酒店前厅服务与芝理课程改革对策。 The course of Front Office Service and Management is a compulsory core curriculum for hotel management students. It plays an important role in cultivating students hotel service skills and basic management ability. This paper analyzes present situation in this course teaching and puts forward countermeasures of course reform.
